We are far behind than previous generation. Preceding generation was also further than their parents.
The next generation will be more more further than us.
It is obvious that the process of surpassing the previous generation is very common.
The most important point in this process is the accelerating speed of catching the previous genereation and the difference amount created by the new coming generation.
This variant must be take into consideration without underestimation. Since, as managers, teachers, mentors of new age people, we should set our pace close to theirs in case of learning, perception, orientation and taking action.
As I mentioned in one of my previous articles -which has no English version yet- (Yeni Rakiplerimiz Çocuklar) new generation is also very strong competitors of us!. We should prepare ourselves not only mentoring them but also to be strong enough to their competition.
Today, I watched on of the best movies which I had watched in last couple of years. The title of the movie is “Temple Grandin”. (IMDB Link)
The story mentions about the important periods of Temple Gradin who is one of the most famous scientist in the field of animal husbandry and also who is autistic.
In the movie, you can observe how well Temple was mentored by her Science Teacher even she is very bad with school.
Story was processed very fluently about how Temple makes new observations and innovations with the help of her different frame of mind because of her autism.

There are some supportive ideas which are related with my words above.
At the end of the day we are face to face with a very challenging generation. I hope we can respond with strong bases to their requirements.
Thus the upcoming days of this world will be more inhabitable.
